1. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only within Malta and Gozo.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 working days from confirmation of payment.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location.
3. Do you offer express or urgent delivery?
Express delivery is not offered by default, however if you require urgent delivery, please contact us and we will assess the request on a case-by-case basis.

5. Can I return or exchange a product?
No, due to the medical nature of the products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, in line with hygiene and safety regulations.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
We will review the issue and advise on the appropriate next steps.
